What an incredible day in Bucksport this past Sunday!
This past weekend, we had the pleasure of attending the Halloween event at the old skate rink in Bucksport, and we are still smiling from all of the wonderful memories made. From wagging tails and creative costumes to community support and generosity, the day exceeded every expectation.
One of the highlights of the event was seeing so many dogs dressed in their Halloween best! We saw everything from superheroes and pumpkins to spooky skeletons and adorable witches. Every costume brought a smile to our faces, and it was clear that both pets and their humans had a fantastic time celebrating together.
We even had a special feline visitor stop by! A beautiful Bengal kitty made an appearance and quickly became a crowd favorite. It is always fun to meet fellow animal lovers and see the unique pets that make our community so special.
Most importantly, thanks to the overwhelming support from everyone who stopped by our booth, purchased treats, made donations, and shared our mission, we are thrilled to announce that we were able to donate $155 to the local animal shelter!
That donation will help provide care, food, medical attention, and comfort for animals waiting to find their forever homes. Knowing that a day filled with fun, treats, and community spirit can also make a meaningful difference for animals in need is what makes events like this so rewarding.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every person who visited us, brought their furry family members, and helped support both our small business and a great cause. Your kindness and generosity allow us to continue giving back to the animal community we care so deeply about.
From all of us at Pawesome Bites, thank you for making this event such a success. We loved meeting each and every one of you, and we can't wait to see you again at future events.
Until next time, keep those tails wagging and those treats handy!
🐶❤️
From our pack to yours, thank you for helping us raise $155 for shelter animals and for showing just how amazing our pet-loving community can be. 🐾🐕🐈⬛🎃
